Farm Session – family photos

When families come out here, it’s not just about taking photos — it’s about making memories together.

We start the session out in the trees, maybe climb up a vintage wooden ladder or pose on one of my old trucks — the kind with just the right amount of rust and charm. It’s relaxed and playful, and the kids absolutely light up when they’re outside, exploring and being themselves.

Once we’ve wrapped up the portraits, we head out back for the real fun — visiting the animals! The little ones love holding a fluffy chicken, collecting a few eggs, or snuggling a baby kitten if we’ve got them. There are sheep to pet and, if we’re lucky, the cows might wander over to say hello (though they tend to be a little shy). Every visit is a little different, and that’s part of the magic.

Clients tell me all the time how much they love the experience — not just the photos, but the time spent as a family, unplugged, laughing, and connecting. It’s a mix of country charm, genuine fun, and heartfelt moments — the kind that stick with you long after the session ends.
