It was such a gorgeous day for Julie and Joe’s wedding. The ceremony took place at the conservatory at the university, and their reception was at the Raddison hotel. We had such a wonderful time capturing the day!

some conditions apply I just Love photographing weddings! & my job is especially exciting when my clients are as awesome as these two! The ceremony & brunch was at “The Top of the Inn” at the Sheraton Cavalier. It is just one of my most favourite locations (we had our wedding reception there almost 11 years ago so I always feel a little nostalgic taking photos up there). The ceremony was beautiful.. Mayah walked down the aisle to a live harpist, and they both said their written vows, bringing everyone to tears. There was Love in the room!. The brunch which followed was delicious with trays of croissants, fruit, freshly made belgian waffles with compote & syrup, eggs, & sausages.. After a short afternoon break I met up with the couple at one of my most favourite ice cream shops, Fable. If you havent been there yet, Go!. it’s so delicious. Then we made our way out to Cranberry flats for an evening sunset session. It was so beautiful and peaceful out there. We just had so much fun walking down by the river and taking photos Mayah and Chad, Congratulations!!!
I was so thrilled for this session… not only because I have photographed this family before (and I love taking photos for them but I also got to work with Saskatoon Chic, which made a custom name plaque for Miss Rowan’s nursery. It is such a beautiful piece! Check out their site because they do so many gorgeous wood creations… wall art, puzzles, book ends and more! Here are a few of my favourite shots! |
