Meet my friends little girl Lillian.. She is just the prettiest little thing and always smiling! I always love to play dress up with these cute little babes. I am vicariously living through all these lucky mamas who have little girls.. In the first few images we used a christening gown from the 1950’s and a vintage bonnet. The little bed is from my other clients who have a wood working business. They are so talented!! Meet Dallas! She’s recently celebrated her first birthday and we have had a wonderful year capturing it! Dallas arrived a few weeks before her estimated due date and no one could have imagined the roller coaster of events that were to follow. She was born with Arthrogryposis (also called arthrogryposis multiplex congenital or AMC) which is a congenital non-progressive neuromuscular disorder. So following the birth they whisked her away to nicu where she stayed until she got the thumbs up to go home a five days later. Dallas and her mom have been back and forth to the amazing doctors in Montreal to treat and diagnose her condition as well as make a game plan for her future. What a fabulous memoir of Dallas’ first year – your girls are so gorgeous. Memories to treasure for always. Stacey and Jeremy are getting married this fall and I am so thrilled to be apart of their special day. I love taking engagement photos for my wedding couples. I find it such a wonderful way to get to know them before the big day. We picked such a beautiful day in Feburary to shoot. It was lightly snowing outside and the weather was so mild. We started on campus for a few (since that is where Stacey and Jeremy met) and then Stacey and Jeremy took me to one of their favourite spots to walk their cute pup Baloo. I feel like after shooting in the city for the past 8 years I know all the good spots and I do have lots of favourites but it takes a lot to surprise me.. well this spot was just the most pleasant of all surprises!!!.. I couldn’t have loved this place any more if I would have built it myself!!! Here are a few of my favourite shots

Marie - Oh wow! I love them all so much!! Thanks Juli! We have such fun memories from all of these photo sessions! Adora has grown so much in this first year. I love that you’ve captured her personality and milestones at 8 days, 7 months, and 14 months and us as a family.
