Lexi arrived a few weeks ago now.. She is just the sweetest little thing.. and such a good little model..

Marlayna is ONE! I met the Smart family through one of my good friends a few years ago.. and just this past January we all travelled to Jamaica together for a destination wedding!…. We got to know them even better.. and we are so happy we did because they are so lovely.. I just wished they lived closer!.. but thankfully they do a lot of driving and can come visit us once in a while… I was so thrilled when Sam asked me to take Marlarya’s cake smash photos!.. Who wouldn’t want to take photos of a super cute little gal in a tutu and party hat, smashing a cake?!.. Here are a few of my favourites
Yan and Steven just welcomed their baby boy into the world a few weeks ago.. and what a cute little guy he is.. Here is a peak at Yan’s beautiful maternity session… (that we shot indoors because it was soooo cold outside still)… followed by the most adorable newborn session.

Meet Hunter!.. already 6 weeks during the session.. I typically prefer to take the newborn photos in the first 4-10 days after birth…. but 6 weeks is fun too!.. He was, not surprisingly awake during most of the session.. but half way through we got him asleep and took a few sleep photos.. How cute is he with his big blue eyes!?
Here’s to the first wedding of the season!… Tommy and Alison got married on the last weekend in April… and lucky enough the rain stayed away for us….. They started out the day by getting ready in Martensville where Alison’s hair and makeup artist has her own salon.. Then we were off to the church… the couple got married at the beautiful St. Pauls Catholic Church on Spadina… Followed by a super fab reception at the German Concordia… It was a beautiful wedding day!
