Tim and Hannah tie the knot! photo taken by Joe MacDonald It was finally a beautiful Saturday in June (especially considering all the rain over the past few Saturday’s prior.).. We started our adventure at Tims place where the guys were getting ready.
Then we made our way over to the Bride’s house… We were met by her family and friends.. In Chinese tradition, the bride is not released to the groom until the family is satisfied with red packets filled with money, some push up’s, dancing and singing.. They then decide to surrender the bride to the groom..

It is hard to believe how fast the time flies.. My little guy Noah just turned 2 today… He grew up so fast!.. here is is just days old…
There were a few different themes that I had in mind for his 2nd birthday… but, like most kids, Noah LOVES choo choo trains… So there was really no question that that should be the theme of his birthday… We took a birthday photo shoot a few weeks prior to the party.. he was sporting a cute little train conductor outfit.
Then for the party… I usually like to make all my own desserts for parties but this year I was 36 weeks pregnant and not really in the mood to be baking all of these goodies… So I had the brilliant idea to hire Candace, from Candy & Cake to make all of the cute & delicious goodies.. Here are a few photos from the party set up…
