Jen & Michael – Airplane Theme Wedding

I feel like shooting a wedding is such a special job. I get to know a couple so well, meet their closest friends, all of their family and help capture this huge step in their lives. It really is a pretty privileged job. I knew right away I was going to have an awesome time shooting Jen and Michael’s wedding. We had our first meeting at Jerry’s (for ice-cream)… It was one of their favourite spots… and for anyone who knows me, knows I love ice cream!. besides our shared love for ice cream they also told me about the wedding details & decor.. like the theme of airplanes. I couldn’t wait to see what they had in store.. Michael also wanted to get to the airport for some photos.. and it has definitely been on my photography bucket list to shoot at the airport.. Michael is an airplane mechanic so he had access to use an airplane for some photos. It was just as amazing I thought it would be. A big shout out to his work for letting us use their airplane for the backdrop!!

We had such a blast with this group!! The decor and details were awesome.. like the huge airplane photo book backdrop!.. Congratulations again to my lovely couple!!

Adora’s 6 month session – Grow with me baby photography package

It is always so awesome watching these sweet babies turn into adorable 6 month olds.. and then toddlers who get to smash a cake! Adora is just the sweetest little lady. She was so smiley and was the perfect little model for her 6 month session.

Marie - We love the photos Juli! You were so great with Adora. I’m so happy we got these taken. She’s growing and changing so quickly this first year. It’s lovely to have these photos capture her at different stages.

ElkRidge Wedding – Jessica & Tyson

I love referrals . One of my favourite clients from Buffalo Narrows referred Jessica & Tyson to me for their wedding. They are such a cute couple with 2 beautiful children. They had a beautiful wedding back in August out at Elk Ridge Resort. It was so nice outside (which is an exception for a weekend up there). We were so lucky!

Oliver’s 2nd Birthday – Cowboy Style

I always have so much fun choosing a theme for my boy’s birthday parties. This year I decided to go with a Cowboy theme for Oliver. He loves farm animals and his rocking horse so I thought I best get him a pair of cowboy boots and wrangler shirt. I found his adorable outfit at Cowtown. Most of the decorations are from a party place in the United States.. Flowers from Tierra del soul, & almost all of my goodies are from my lovely friend Candace at Candyandcake.ca.

I always start by taking a few photos on an alternative date to use for the invitation.. We drove out of town to find this gorgeous spot. Oliver was being a bit tricky.. not wanting to put on his shirt, boots or pose for photos.. so an organic watermelon sucker came in Very handy.

Sarah + Shawn – Saskatoon Wedding Photography

A Happily Ever After!

Meet Sarah & Shawn. We met up last year at City Perk for a drink on a hot summer day to discuss wedding details. With our shared enjoyment for Pinterest and wiener dogs, I knew I would really enjoy working with these two!.

They had a beautiful outdoor ceremony out at the Saskatoon Forestry farm. You could feel the excitement at the end of the aisle when Shawn was seeing Sarah for the first time that day. It was teary eyes met with perma grins, and the vows were so genuine and heart felt.

Their wedding day wasn’t short of perfection.
